I've been diffusing this during my morning yoga and it fills the whole room without being overpowering. Three drops was enough for a solid hour of meditation, which surprised me since my last blend faded in twenty minutes.
The scent is warm and grounding without being overpowering, and it fills my living room within ten minutes of turning the diffuser on. I've started using it before yoga and it genuinely helps me settle in.
Dropped a few drops into the diffuser before my morning yoga flow, and the whole room settled into that calm, focused vibe instantly. The scent is soft but lingers just enough to keep the space feeling fresh without being overpowering.
