Blend di Oli Essenziali Snooze, realizzato con pura camomilla romana, menta bergamotto e arancia dolce per un benessere notturno.
Roman chamomile usually smells too medicinal for me, but the sweet orange softens it into something I actually look forward to at night. Two drops in my diffuser about 30 minutes before bed and I'm out cold.
The bergamot mint in this blend is what sold me—it’s sharp enough to feel calming without being overpowering. A few drops on my pillow and I’m out before the sweet orange even fades. My evening wind-down actually feels like a ritual now.
I keep this on my nightstand and one deep inhale of the bergamot mint and sweet orange actually calms my racing thoughts before bed. The chamomile comes through softly rather than overpowering, which makes it easy to use every single night.
