Wore this through a 45 minute spin class and it stayed put the whole time, no rolling or bunching under my shirt. The sweat really kicks in around my middle, which honestly made me feel like the workout was doing more.
I was skeptical about how much difference a belt could make, but this one cinches snugly over my waist and really makes me feel the burn during core work. The adjustable fit works well for both me and my partner, so we've been sharing it for our home sweat sessions.
The neoprene actually traps heat immediately, so I’m sweating within five minutes of putting it on for my core routine. It’s snug but not suffocating, and it doesn’t roll down when I’m doing crunches. Definitely making my sessions feel more intense.
